- Timegate renamed to time (with extra parameter compared to time())

- Midi info on status bar now doesn't mask midi channel

- Uses/used by lines moved behind the grid (were displaying over scope etc,

  so this is definitely an improvement)

- Some ui tweaks

- Currently edited cell name moved to edit box, removed from status bar

- Scope now has x/x', x/y plots and fft

- Fft:s changed to logarythmic everywhere

- New function: bitcrunch, handles fractional bits too (don't ask)

- "Edit preferences" renamed to "preferences". The dialog also is now
  called "preferences" instead of "config".

- Context menu should now show areas correctly

- Filters (filter, lpf, hpf, bpf) have a new version with "count" as

  a new parameter for steeper filter cutoff.

- Scope fft now has context menu with one option.

- Fixed crash bug: unexpected place area declarations caused crashes

- Paranoise's inputs are now floats instead of ints.
